Fire Hazards. Explosives and inflammable materials which conflict with the Insurance Underwriting or Fire Department must be excluded. The City Fire Department prohibits the use of paper, crepe paper, or corrugated papers, and cardboard that has not been flame proofed for decoration of exhibit booths. All cloth drapes or table covers must be treated for fire resistance. All boats and motorized vehicles must have fuel tanks sealed and batteries disconnected. The Fire Marshal may require fuel tanks to be drained and purged. All exhibits must be in compliance with ordinances and laws of the City and the State in which the Show is held.

Fire Hazards. Exhibitor will not use explosives and other flammable materials without receiving prior written permission from Show Management. All of Exhibitor’s exhibit materials must meet applicable fire safety and other governmental specifications. Exhibitor agrees to make its exhibit materials available for fire safety related inspections. Exhibitor’s decorations must be flame-proofed. All motorized vehicles and equipment must have fuel caps taped and batteries disconnected. The Exhibitor agrees to drain and purge fuel tanks if required by the Fire Xxxxxxxx.
Fire Hazards. The use of wood or charcoal stoves and/or flammable liquid, gas or electric space heaters within the building is prohibited. The use of candles or other open flame devices, the use of hot plates, burning of incense and the use of halogen lamps are all prohibited anywhere in the building or about the Property. All torchier-style lamps, including but not limited to those that use halogen, incandescent or fluorescent bulbs, are prohibited. Any style lamp that uses a halogen bulb, 101 xxxxx or more is likewise prohibited. Connecting three or more sets of stringed lights, including but not limited to Christmas lights is likewise prohibited. Use of the stove, microwave and/or oven while Apartment Unit is unoccupied is also prohibited. Furthermore, oven and/or stove units should not be left on for longer than needed to xxxx or warm food items. Live cut trees (Evergreen Christmas trees, Chanukah bushes, etc.) are prohibited in residence. Tenant agrees not to install or operate any extension cord in the Premises or Apartment Unit. Tenant is required to utilize only Underwriters Laboratory (UL) certified power strips.
Fire Hazards. Tenant will not cause, maintain or permit anything to be done in the Premises nor keep anything in the Premises which will, in the opinion of Landlord, increase the possibility of fire or other casualty or increase the then existing premiums for or void the coverage of any insurance upon the Building or contents of the Building.
Fire Hazards. The Customer shall not do or permit to be done anything in or upon any portion of the Center, including the Licensed Area, or bring or keep anything therein or thereupon which will in any way conflict with the conditions of any insurance policy upon the Center or part thereof, or in any way increase the rate of fire insurance upon the Center or on property kept therein, or in any way conflict with the laws relating to fires or with the regulations of the fire department, or with any of the rules, regulations or ordinances of the City or in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of the other users of the Center or injure or annoy them. The Customer shall not, without the written consent of the Authority, put up or operate any engine, motor, or machinery on the premises, or use oils, explosives, fireworks (including sparklers), burning fluids, camphene, kerosene, naphtha, or gasoline for either mechanical or other purposes. The Customer may not use hazer or fog machines without prior written approval of the Authority and will be responsible for the cost of a fire watch during the Function. The Customer further agrees that all decorative material used in the premises must be flameproof and that all matters involving safety be resolved by the decision of the Center Vice President/General Manager. The Center is a “No Smoking” facility. The Customer agrees to notify all agents, employees, or any other persons admitted to the Licensed Area by the Customer that smoking is prohibited inside the Center.
Fire Hazards. Resident shall not keep gasoline, paint or other flammable material in the Development, except as fuel in motor vehicles, nor do or permit any hazardous act which might cause fire or which may increase the rate of insurance on the Home or Development. Prohibited activities in the Development include the keeping and using of candles and kerosene lamps. Only battery-powered lighting may be used for light if electricity is terminated or interrupted. If the Home becomes uninhabitable by reason of a natural disaster or because of fire not caused by the act or omission of Resident or any person or person under Resident’s control, the Monthly Rent shall be suspended until the Home has been restored to a habitable condition. Owner is not obligated to rebuild or restore the Home and in the event Owner elects not to rebuild or restore the Home, this Agreement shall terminate as of the date the Home became uninhabitable due to fire or natural disaster.
Fire Hazards. Neither Tenant nor any of Tenant Parties shall at any time bring or keep upon the Premises or in the Building or the Property any flammable, combustible or explosive fluid, chemical or substance. Tenant shall not place, install or operate in the Premises or in any part of the Building, any engine, stove or machinery. Tenant shall not conduct mechanical operations, xxxx or place or use in or about the Premises any explosives, gasoline, kerosene, oil, acids, caustics, or any other flammable, explosive or hazardous material. Tenant may use microwave ovens, coffee makers and refrigerators within the Premises.

Fire Hazards. The Lessee shall not at any time bring or allow to be brought or kept on the premises, any matter or thing or activity or explosive or highly flammable goods whereby the fire or any other insurance policy of the building may be liable to become void or voidable or whereby the premium for any such insurance may be increased. If the premium for such insurance is increased as a result of a contravention of this clause, whether with the Lessor's written consent or not, the Lessor, without prejudice to any of its rights hereunder may recover from the Lessee the amount due in respect of any additional premium and the Lessee shall pay such amount immediately on notification from the Lessor or the insurance company to the effect that such additional premium has been charged.
