Right of Copy. Each employee shall have the right to be furnished, at his/her expense, with copies of any or all file material, exclusive of confidential material named in Section 2, within two (2) work days after the employee requests such material.
Right of Copy. Each employee shall have the right to request a copy of any documents in their personnel file, with the exception of documents exempt under the Illinois Personnel Records Act. Employees requesting more than one (1) copy of any document in their personnel file during each fiscal year shall pay copying charges to the District equivalent to charges set by the Freedom of Information Act.

Every employee shall be given a copy of any material added to his/her official Board file within a reasonable time (not to exceed 5 business days) of inclusion of such material in the file. Every employee shall have the right to be furnished a reasonable number of copies of any or all file material within a reasonable period of time (not to exceed 5 business days) following written request, exclusive of exempt documents as defined in section 9.3.D above. The employer may charge a fee for providing copies of such information provided such fee shall be limited to the actual cost of duplicating the information.

Right of Copy. Each employee will have the right to be furnished with a copy of any or all file material, exclusive of confidential material (i.e. reference information) after the employee requests such material in writing with 48 hours’ notice to Human Resources.
