Common use of Right of Copy Clause in Contracts

Right of Copy. Each employee shall have the right to request a copy of any documents in their personnel file, with the exception of documents exempt under the Illinois Personnel Records Act. Employees requesting more than one (1) copy of any document in their personnel file during each fiscal year shall pay copying charges to the District equivalent to charges set by the Freedom of Information Act.
