RIDER TO LEASE. Additional Provisions This Rider to Lease shall be attached to and is hereby incorporated into that certain Lease dated as of April 14, 2021, by and between TC/P GILBERT GATEWAY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and LI-CYCLE INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Lease and this Rider, the terms of this Rider shall control and prevail.
