Fee Owner definition

Fee Owner means, with respect to any Ground Lease, the owner of the lessor’s interest in such Ground Lease and the related Fee Estate.
Fee Owner means, collectively, the owner of the fee simple estate relating to each Ground Lease Property.
Fee Owner means, the applicable owner of the fee interest in a Poolan Unencumbered Property that is subject to a Ground Lease.
