Review Schematic. The Engineer shall review the schematic provided by the State to confirm their understanding of the project and to verify completeness and accuracy of the information. The Engineer shall review the horizontal and vertical alignment of the design schematic in English units for main lanes, ramps, DocuSign Envelope ID: 639E691C-A3CC-4853-AD7B-C269303B6046 direct connectors, xxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxx, including grade separation structures. The Engineer shall determine vertical clearances at grade separations and overpasses, taking into account the appropriate percent grade and super- elevation rate. . Determined modifications must be coordinated with the State and adjacent Engineers. The State must approve the modifications prior to the Engineer proceeding to the 30% milestone submittal, and prior to starting on the bridge layouts.

Packaged systems pre-certified under IEEE Standard 1547.1 and UL Standard 1741 will not require a relaying and metering one-line diagram. The submitted application and diagrams will be processed, reviewed, and acted upon in accordance with the Holy Cross Interconnection Policy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.
