Submittals definition

Submittals means all shop drawings, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, schedules, samples, and other data which are prepared by the Contractor, a Subcontractor, manufacturer, Supplier, or distributor, which illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated or installed.
Submittals means one or more items, if specified in the Contract Documents, that the Contractor shall complete and deliver or submit to the State for acceptance.
Submittals means Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and other items for the A/E’s review and action provided by a Contractor for any item required by the Contract Documents, but not fully described in the Contract Documents.
