Site Administration. The Contractor shall be responsible for all areas of the site used by him in the performance of the work. He will exert full control over the actions of all his employees and other persons with respect to the use and preservation of property and existing facilities, except such controls as may be specifically reserved to the Engineer or others. The Contractor has the right to exclude from the site all persons who have no purpose related to the Work or its inspection or to operations related to dominant rights to the site, with the approval of the Engineer. The Contractor shall provide a sufficient number of interpreters at sites to facilitate effective communication, to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
Site Administration. 6.1 The Subcontractor shall comply with the CDM Regulations, the Health and Safety Plan and all directions of the Planning Supervisor and the Principal Contractor. 6.2 The Subcontractor shall at all times provide on Site a competent person who shall be authorised to receive instructions on behalf of the Subcontractor and to ensure that the Subcontract Works are properly supervised administered and coordinated. 6.3 Where so stated in the Sub Contract Order the Contractor may permit from time to time the Subcontractor at his own risk and subject to supervision by his own staff to use standing scaffolding and ladders. No warranty or liability on the part of the Contractor is to be implied as to the suitability or fitness of such equipment. The Subcontractor shall indemnify the Contractor in relation to any claim charges costs damages liability or losses and/or proceedings arising out of or by reference to such use. 6.4 Save as provided in the Subcontract Order the Subcontractor shall make provision at his own cost for all his site requirements, normal and special attendances including but not limited to transporting loading unloading sorting and storage of site materials plant and tools (including handling and protection on site) temporary workshops shed offices and welfare buildings and the supply of light power and water. 6.5 During the execution of the Subcontract Works and on completion thereof the Subcontractor shall remove all excess materials, waste, debris and general rubbish arising from the Subcontract Works and shall keep and leave the Site in a clean and tidy condition. If the subcontractor fails to comply with this requirement the Contractor may effect such removal and the cost of doing so will be paid or allowed by the Subcontractor.

Site Administration. A. Maintain a daily attendance log to include the names of all project employees and guests to the site. Each guest signing the log should indicate a brief description of the reason for the visit, the guest’s employer or organization. The log sheet, or sheets, must clearly indicate the Project Name, and the name of the Prime contractor. Each line in the log should allow for the name of that employee, the employee’s job title (use terminology used by prevailing wage job title), and the name of that employee’s employer. This log shall be kept on a uniform form prescribed by the Director of Labor and Training. Such log shall be available for inspection on the site at all times by the Purchaser, Owner, and/or the Director of the Department of Labor and Training and his or her designee. Provide copies when requested. The log shall comply with requirements of RIGL 37-12-12(c.).
Site Administration. 2.1. Sites may be created by an Admin Account or a Team Member Account. 2.2. Admin Accounts may, at any time, log in as an administrator to any Site created and/or managed by them or their Team Members, access data stored in any Site, delete any Site, or modify any Site. Admin Accounts may not require a password or any other credential in order to log in to a Site as an administrator, or perform any of the actions listed hereinabove. 2.3. If a You choose to restore or migrate an existing Site, such as from a backup, You can log in to that Site using Your existing login credentials for that website.

Consent to these guidelines for use does not entitle you to use the company name, trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive signs of the Site and the Administration, as well as materials, photos, videos, and other content of the Site.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.
