Reports or recommendations dealing with matters of policy and/or conditions of employment which affect employees within the Bargaining Unit shall be forwarded to the Union in sufficient time to allow the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them, and if deemed necessary, speaking to them before a decision is taken by the Employer.
RESOLUTIONS AND REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYER. 10.01 Employer Shall Notify Union Any reports or recommendations of the Employer about to be made to the Municipal, Regional, Provincial or Federal Governments or their respective advisory committees dealing with matters of day care policy and/or conditions of employment and which affect Employees within this bargaining unit, shall be communicated by the Employer to the Union within a reasonable amount of time in order to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them and, if deemed necessary, of speaking to them before they are dealt with by the respective government body. Similarly, any submissions prepared by the Union shall be given to the Employer to allow time for mutual discussion if desired.
