Employer Shall Notify Union. The Employer agrees to advise the Union of Board policy or decisions which affect Employees within the bargaining unit and to acknowledge all representations to the Board made by the Union through the Executive Director where it is deemed relevant and advisable to do so by the Board.
Employer Shall Notify Union. The Employer agrees that any reports or recommendations dealing with matters of policy which relate to conditions of employment and which affect employees within this Bargaining Unit shall be communicated to the Union. This Article does not apply in cases of hiring, firing or disciplinary matters.
Employer Shall Notify Union. Any reports or recommendations of the Employer about to be made to the Municipal, Regional, Provincial or Federal Governments or their respective advisory committees dealing with matters of day care policy and/or conditions of employment and which affect Employees within this bargaining unit, shall be communicated by the Employer to the Union within a reasonable amount of time in order to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them and, if deemed necessary, of speaking to them before they are dealt with by the respective government body. Similarly, any submissions prepared by the Union shall be given to the Employer to allow time for mutual discussion if desired.
Employer Shall Notify Union. The Employer encourages input from the Union with respect to the development of new policies and the evaluation of existing policies that deal with matters which affect Employees within the bargaining unit. Arrangements for such input shall be consistent with the processes established by Board policy for “test-off” which shall include the Employer giving a copy of the draft policy to the Union. The Employer shall provide a minimum of two (2) weeks from the date of the giving of the draft policy to the Union to afford the Union time to consider the information and, if thought necessary by the Union, for making a written response.

The Employer agrees that any reports or recommendations dealing with matters of policy within this bargaining unit shall be communicated to the Union elected representatives in time to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them before they are dealt with.

The Employer agrees that any reports or recommendations about to be made to the Council dealing with matters of policy and conditions of employment and which affect employees within the bargaining unit, shall be communicated to the Union in time to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them and if thought necessary, of speaking to them when they are dealt with by the Council.
Employer Shall Notify Union. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a copy of any new or revised policy or procedure which affects employees in the bargaining unit. A copy of the new policy or revised policy will be made available at Labour Management Committee meetings prior to implementation where possible.
Employer Shall Notify Union. Subject to Article 4.01, the Employer agrees that before any decision is made concerning changes in policy affecting the conditions of employment of members of the bargaining unit, the Union shall be advised. The employees and the Union shall have an opportunity, if they so request, to speak with the Board of Directors at one of its regularly scheduled meetings, or at such other mutually convenient time as the parties may agree, before the decision is made.
Employer Shall Notify Union. (a) In the interest of good relations between the Union and the Board, the Employer agrees that consultation will take place between both parties on recommendations concerning conditions of employment which affect employees within the bargaining unit. The Employer also agrees to consult the Union before implementation of any recommendation which might affect the current conditions of present employees.
Employer Shall Notify Union. Copies of all Board Minutes will be available to all staff on the x:drive/sharepoint. All or any members of the Union may be present at all regular board meetings.
