Advisory Committees definition

Advisory Committees. – shall mean a committee or committees established by Council for the purpose of providing advice to Council on a specific matter or ongoing operation.
Advisory Committees means committees established under the Act which shall include advisory committees established by the Commission as required by this Agreement or other committees established by the parties during the term of this Agreement;
Advisory Committees means such Advisory Committees as established by the Board from time to time.

Advisory Committees means the Governmental Advisory Committee, the At-Large Advisory Committee, the Security and Stability Advisory Committee and the Root Server System Advisory Committee.

Advisory Committees means any and all advisory committees to the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee or other committees created for the purpose of assisting the Company and its Directors in conducting their activities in accordance with the Company’s policies, codes and bylaws, as well as applicable legislation and regulations, being established on a non-statutory basis, and may or may not be permanent, according to the Company's needs.
Advisory Committees means, individually or collectively, the committees formed within ICON Alliance as needed to perform the functions given to it in the General Rules or announced during its formation, e.g., Leadership Councils.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
