Requirements and Qualifications for Contractor and Subcontractors. The Contractor whose bid is accepted must be an approved, bonded contractor with the City of Cincinnati Department of Transportation Engineering (DOTE) prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Additionally, the project staff performing the Work on this Contract shall meet the requirements/qualifications detailed below. The list of project staff members designated as essential personnel in the organizational chart (see Section 2.1) may not be amended in any way without the permission of the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) Project Manager (PM).

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Assignability and Subcontracting Contractor shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party or subcontract with a third party to provide services required by contractor under this Agreement without the prior written consent of County. Any such assignment or subcontract without the County’s prior written consent shall give County the right to automatically and immediately terminate this Agreement.

  • Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. The City may not award the Contract until registration of all subcontractors and suppliers is complete. In the event this requirement is not met within the time frame specified by the City, the City reserves the right to rescind the Contract award and to make the award to the next responsive and responsible proposer of bidder.

  • To Subcontractor(s) a. Within seven (7) days of the Contractor’s receipt of payment from the County for the proportionate share of the payment received for work performed by the subcontractor(s) under the contract a Contractor awarded a contract under this solicitation is hereby obligated:

  • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract.   • Attachment C, Standard State Provisions for Contracts and Grants Attachment C is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Attachment C December 15, 2017 attached to this Amendment. Taxes Due to the State. Contractor certifies under the pains and penalties of perjury that, as of the date this contract amendment is signed, the Contractor is in good standing with respect to, or in full compliance with a plan to pay, any and all taxes due the State of Vermont.   • Required Qualifications for Surety The Contract provides that the surety and insurance companies must be acceptable to the Owner. Only those sureties listed in the Department of Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) are acceptable to the Owner. All bonds at the time of issuance must be issued by a company authorized by the Insurance Commissioner to transact the business of suretyship in the State of Georgia, and shall have a Best Policyholders Rating of "A-" or better and with a financial size rating of Class V or larger.
