Request for Information. The Advisor agrees to provide the Company with any reasonable information concerning the Advisor that the Company may reasonably request (other than the identity of its customers or proprietary or confidential information concerning the Trading Approach), subject to receipt of adequate assurances of confidentiality by the Company, including, but not limited to, information regarding any change in control, key personnel, Trading Approach and financial condition which the Company reasonably deems to be material to the Company; the Advisor also shall notify the Company of any such matters the Advisor, in its reasonable judgment, believes may be material to the Company relating to the Advisor and its Trading Approach. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to provide the Company with updated monthly information related to the Advisor’s performance results within a reasonable period of time after the end of the month to which it relates.
Request for Information. Not less than five (5) business days before the expected filing date of each registration statement pursuant to this Agreement, the Corporation shall notify each Stockholder who has timely provided the requisite notice hereunder entitling the Stockholder to register Registrable Securities in such registration statement of the information, documents and instruments from such Stockholder that the Corporation or any underwriter reasonably requests in connection with such registration statement, including, but not limited to a questionnaire, custody agreement, power of attorney, lock-up letter and underwriting agreement (the “Requested Information”). Such Stockholder shall promptly return the Requested Information to the Corporation. If the Corporation has not received the Requested Information (or a written assurance from such Stockholder that the Requested Information that cannot practicably be provided prior to filing of the registration statement will be provided in a timely fashion) from such Stockholder within a reasonable period of time (as determined by the Corporation) prior to the filing of the applicable Registration Statement, the Corporation may file such Registration Statement without including Registrable Securities of such Stockholder. The failure to so include in any registration statement the Registrable Securities of a Stockholder (with regard to that registration statement) shall not in and of itself result in any liability on the part of the Corporation to such Stockholder.
Request for Information. (RFI) means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.

Foreign securities, which are acquired or sold outside of Germany or which a Customer of Trade Republic has held in safe custody in Germany or outside of Germany, are regularly subject to a foreign legal system. Rights and obligations of Trade Republic or the Customer are therefore also determined by this legal system, which may also provide for the disclosure of the Customer's name. Trade Republic will provide corresponding information to foreign authorities insofar as it is obligated to do so; it will notify the Customer of this.

Request for Information. 9-1 The School District and the Association shall make all documents, excluding work product, which are relevant to any grievance, arbitration, or negotiations available to the requesting party within a reasonable time after it is requested. In the event documents containing the requested information are not available, the School District and the Association shall permit reasonable access to their files so that the Association or School District may itself obtain the needed information. It is recognized that the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) may limit the availability of student–related records and statements.

SECTION 102—BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS 102.02 - Content of Invitation for Bid (Proposal) Upon request, the County will furnish a proposal (Invitation for Bid) to any interested party. The proposal (Invitation for Bid) will specify the location and description of the contemplated construction, the estimate of the various quantities and kinds of work to be performed or materials to be furnished, and a Schedule of Items for which unit prices are invited. The proposal (Invitation for Bid) will specify the time in which the work shall be completed and the date and time by which bids must be filed. The proposal (Invitation for Bid) will also include a Loudoun County Revisions to the 2016 VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications, Division I – with supplemental specifications, special provisions, or special provision copied notes governing the proposed work. Attachments to the proposal (Invitation for Bid) will be considered a part of the bid. The plans, Specifications, and other documents specified in the proposal (Invitation for Bid) will be considered a part of the proposal (Invitation for Bid) and contain required supplemental specifications, special provisions, and special provision copied notes governing the proposed work not included in Division I.
