Implementation of the Report 1. The Panel report shall be final and binding on the disputing Parties. 2. If the report issued by the Panel determines that a Party has not conformed with its obligations under this Agreement, the Party complained against shall eliminate the non- conformity. 3. The Party complained against shall comply with the recommendation of the Panel promptly or, if not practicable, within a reasonable period of time. The Parties shall agree on reasonable period of time within 30 days of the notification of the report of the Panel. In any case, such reasonable period of time shall not exceed 300 calendar days after the release of the report.
Request for Review Within sixty (60) days after the receipt by the Claimant of the written opinion described above, the Claimant may request in writing that the Assistant Secretary of the Company review the determination of the Company. Such request must be addressed to the Assistant Secretary of the Company, at its then principal place of business. The Claimant or his duly authorized representative may, but need not, review the pertinent documents and submit issues and comments in writing for consideration by the Company. If the Claimant does not request a review of the Company’s determination by the Assistant Secretary of the Company within such sixty (60) day period, he shall be barred and estopped from challenging the Company’s determination.
Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Filing means receipt in the County Superintendent of School’s office designated no later than regular close of business on the last day of filing period. Failure to file such request in a timely manner shall be deemed a waiver of the right to a hearing, and the proposed action shall be effective upon action by the County Superintendent of Schools without notice of hearing.
Request for Waiver A. Prior to submission of a request for a partial or total waiver, Bidder/Contractor shall speak to the Designated Contacts of the OGS Office of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises for guidance.
Request for Transfer Annually, a nurse may make a written request for a transfer by advising the Employer and filing a Request for Transfer form provided by the Human Resources Department indicating name, qualifications, experience, present area of assignment, seniority and requested area of assignment/hours of work. A Request For Transfer shall become active as of the date it is received by the Employer and shall remain in effect until December 31st of each year. Such requests will be considered as applications for posted vacancies and subsequent vacancies created by the filling out of a posted vacancy.
Request for Proposals (RFP) A type of Bid Document that is used for procurements where factors in addition to cost are considered and weighted in awarding the contract and where the award will be made based on “best value,” as defined by the State Finance Law, to the responsive and responsible Bidder(s).
