Within 10 days following the presentation of the report, either Party may submit a written request to the panel for clarification of any item that the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. The panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. 2. The submission of the request for clarification will not postpone the deadline for compliance with the panel report, unless the panel otherwise decides.
