Further Negotiations. In case where a Party offers, after the entry into force of this Agreement, to non-Party additional advantages with regard to its government procurement market access coverage agreed under this Chapter, it shall agree, upon request of the other Party, to enter into negotiations with a view to extending coverage under this Chapter on a reciprocal basis.
Further Negotiations. The Parties shall, after the date of the entry into forceof this Agreement, enter into negotiations in accordance withAnnex 7.

In the case that the EFTA States or Mexico offer, after the entry into force of this Agreement, a GPA or NAFTA Party, respectively, additional advantages with regard to the access to their respective procurement markets beyond what has been agreed under this Chapter, they shall agree to enter into negotiations with the other Party with a view to extending these advantages to the other Party on a reciprocal basis.

If a Party grants to a non-Party, after the entry into force of this Agreement, additional benefits with regard to the access to its public procurement markets, it shall agree to enter into negotiations with a view to extending these benefits to another Party on a reciprocal basis.

If either Party should offer in the future a third party additional advantages with regard to access to their respective procurement markets beyond what has been agreed under this Title, it shall agree to enter into negotiations with the other Party with a view to extending these advantages to it on a reciprocal basis by means of a decision of the Association Committee. Further Negotiations. 1. Upon conclusion of bilateral negotiations between the Parties on further liberalisation of their respective government procurement markets in the framework of the negotiations aimed at amending the GPA, such liberalisation, including provisions from the agreement amending the main part of the GPA in so far as they are relevant for these additional liberalisations, shall be included in this Agreement. The Joint Committee shall take a decision to this effect within three months after conclusion of these bilateral negotiations. This decision shall be subject to ratification or acceptance by the Parties.
