Request for Transfer. Annually, a nurse may make a written request for a transfer by advising the Employer and filing a Request for Transfer form provided by the Human Resources Department indicating name, qualifications, experience, present area of assignment, seniority and requested area of assignment/hours of work. A Request For Transfer shall become active as of the date it is received by the Employer and shall remain in effect until December 31st of each year. Such requests will be considered as applications for posted vacancies and subsequent vacancies created by the filling out of a posted vacancy.
Request for Transfer. Lessee shall give Lessor at least thirty (30) -------------------- days prior written notice of any desired Transfer and of the proposed terms of such Transfer, including but not limited to: the name and legal composition of the proposed Transferee; a reasonably detached financial statement the proposed Transferee prepared in accordance with standard accounting principles within one year prior to the proposed effective date of the Transfer reviewed by the Transferee's certified public accountants and certified by the Transferee as being true and correct; the nature of the proposed Transferee's business to be carried on in the Premises; the payment to be made or other consideration to be given on account of the Transfer; and other such pertinent information as may be reasonably requested by Lessor, all in sufficient detail to enable Lessor to evaluate the proposed Transfer and the prospective Transferee. Lessee's notice shall not be deemed to have been served or given until such time as Lessee has provided Lessor with all information specified above and all additional information requested by Lessor pursuant to this subsection 13.d. Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of any modification to the proposed terms of such Transfer.
Request for Transfer. Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.
Request for Transfer. Employees should be employed for a minimum of 90 working days before requesting a transfer. Personnel are kept informed of vacancies from time to time throughout the year. Request for a change in position from one school or department to another may be requested by the employee, by the administrator of the employee’s unit, or may be initiated by the superintendent and staff. Whenever an employee or the administrator of the unit requests a change of assignment for the employee, it is ethical and desirable for all parties concerned to discuss the merits of the request. However, the employee may make a written request for transfer and send it directly to the Department of Human Resources. That department will acknowledge receipt of the transfer request within 30 days. Upon approval, transfer requests will be considered in the order received for available openings. An employee requesting transfer from one assignment to another must be qualified according to the existing requirements. The transfer request shall not impair the educational or Food Services programs of the Denver Public Schools. Employees who desire a transfer shall file a written request. The request will be kept in the active file until December 31 and on this date discarded. A new request will be necessary if the employee wishes the request to remain active. Any change in the employee classification or assignment from that occupied at the time of the request will void the request for transfer. When changes of assignment are necessary during summer intermission, employee requests and preferences received by the Department by March 1, stating desired location and position, which will be reviewed prior to such changes and when practicable, such requests will be honored consistent with the provisions of Article 8-3.

Request for Transfer. A request for transfer shall be provided to the Human Resource Services Division any time after the first day of the second semester through the last day of the current regular school year. These requests are for the following school year. Such transfer requests shall remain active until 14 calendar days before the first teacher contract day. Transfers shall not occur after the beginning of the school year. Any teacher who received an end of the year overall evaluation of Needs Improvement for the current and/or previous school year is not eligible for transfer. Also, any teacher who is under a Performance Development Plan is ineligible for transfer. A transfer will not be considered unless the teacher has taught in the District for one school year and is fully qualified and certified for the vacancy for which they are applying. All transfers shall be approved and signed by the receiving principal, with simultaneous electronic copies to the releasing principal (or immediate supervisor) and the Human Resource Services office. The receiving principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider each teacher requesting transfer as to his/her experience, general background and preparation, competence and commuting distance (Hardship Transfer). The transfer of the teacher will be subject to Board approval.
Request for Transfer. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 19, in the event that, at any time or from time to time prior to or during the Term, Tenant desires to effect a Transfer of this Lease in whole or in part, Tenant shall submit to Landlord (a) in writing, the name and address of the proposed Transferee, a reasonably detailed statement of the proposed Transferee’s business and reasonably detailed financial references and information concerning the financial condition of the proposed Transferee, (b) a fully executed original copy of the proposed Transfer document which contains the applicable provisions of Section 19.1 and 19.1.1 above, the effective date of which shall be at least twenty (20) days after the date on which Tenant shall have furnished Landlord with all of the information required pursuant to (a) above and which shall be conditioned on Landlord’s consent thereto, and (c) an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to Landlord by Tenant to indemnify Landlord against liability resulting from any claim made against Landlord by the proposed Transferee or by any broker claiming a commission in connection with the proposed Transfer. Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as Additional Rent, all actual reasonable costs incurred by Landlord in connection with any actual or proposed Transfer, not to exceed $1,500 per Transfer plus any fees payable to Landlord’s Mortgagee in connection with Mortgagee’s approval of such Transfer.
Request for Transfer. Professional staff who desire a change in grade or subject assignment or who desire to transfer to another building shall file a written statement of such desire with the Superintendent as soon as practicable.
