REPRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTATION. The University shall have the right at no additional charge to use or incorporate all or portions of material found in the Vendor's literature and/or reproduce the Vendor's applicable literature such as operating and maintenance manuals, technical publications, prints, drawings, training manuals and other similar supporting documentation and sales literature. The Vendor agrees to advise the University of any Updated Information relative to the foregoing literature and documentation with timely written notice.
REPRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTATION. Buyer may copy the Documentation provided hereunder in order to satisfy its own internal requirements subject to the confidentiality requirements of Article 11. If Buyer requests Seller to furnish additional copies of any such Documentation, Seller shall furnish the same at its standard published prices.
REPRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTATION. Siemens may; in either electronic or paper media do the following: reproduce, prepare derivatives and distribute copies of documentation supplied by Company under this Agreement for internal use by Siemens, on a no charge basis to market, use and maintain the products supplied by Company under this Agreement. Documentation for Siemens' customers which constitute separately priced items in Company's price lists and which is provided to Customer by Siemens for or in respect of a fee may be reproduced at a mutually agreed to royalty fee. All copies, so produced shall contain all copyright and/or other proprietary notice contained in the original Company supplied documentation.

Siemens may, in either electronic or paper media, do the following: reproduce, prepare derivatives and distribute copies of documentation supplied by Company under this Agreement for the purpose of allowing Siemens and its Customer to market, use and maintain the Products supplied by Company under this Agreement. All copies, so produced shall contain all copyright and/or other proprietary notice contained in the original Company supplied documentation. Siemens shall ensure that all such derivatives and copies are accurate and shall be solely responsible for any errors with respect thereto. Siemens shall indemnify Company for any liability arising from such reproduction, preparation and distribution of any such defective derivative or copied materials.

Advanced Imaging Group shall have the right, at no additional charge, to use, reproduce and /or incorporate in Advanced Imaging Group’s literature all or portions of Seller’s literature, including, without limitation, operating and maintenance manuals, technical publications, prints, drawings, training manuals and other supporting documentation and sales literature.

Buyer shall have the right, at no additional charge, to use, reproduce and/or incorporate in Buyer’s literature all or portions of Seller’s applicable literature, including, without limitation, operating and maintenance manuals, technical publications, prints, drawings, training manuals and other similar supporting documentation and sales literature. Xxxxxx agrees to advise Buyer of any updated information relative to the foregoing literature and documentation with timely written notice.

Supplier agrees to timely notify Xxxxx in writing of any updated information relative to the foregoing literature and documentation.
