Technical Publications means the technical documentation pertaining and related to the Aircraft as listed in Exhibit 1 to Attachment "B".

Technical Publications means all data in regard to operational, maintenance, quality control or any other relevant data or part thereof, necessary or useful for the complete and satisfactory use, operation, installation, maintenance, servicing, overhaul of the Products, provided by Supplier hereunder and in accordance with the Product Support Agreement;

More Definitions of Technical Publications

Technical Publications means the technical documentation pertaining and related to the Aircraft as listed in Exhibit 1 to Attachment "B". References to Articles or Attachments in the main body of this Purchase Agreement shall be deemed to be references to Articles of or Attachments to this Agreement, respectively, except as the context requires otherwise.

Technical Publications means any and all data in regard to operational, maintenance, quality control or any other relevant data or part thereof, necessary or useful for the complete and satisfactory use, operation, installation, maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of the Products, provided by Supplier hereunder.

Technical Publications has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.1 of Appendix F (Technical Publications).

Technical Publications means all data in regard to operational, maintenance, quality control or any other relevant data or part thereof, necessary or useful for the complete and satisfactory use, operation, installation, maintenance, servicing, overhaul of the Products, provided by Supplier hereunder and in accordance with the Product Support Agreement; 1.1.66 “Technical Requirements” means the technical requirements necessary to ensure the Product a minimum set of functions for its design, certification, production and deliver by Supplier under this Agreement and as may be amended during the Program. The Technical Requirements may be described in documents named System Basic Data (SBD) or High Level Requirements (HLR) or Technical Requirements Document (TRD) or any other designation as determined by Buyer; 1.1.67 “Third Party Licensed IP” means Intellectual Property licensed by a third party to a Party with the right to grant sublicense(s) without: (i) violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with any third party; (ii) requiring any consent, approvals or waivers from any third party; or (iii) requiring the payment or granting of consideration to any third party.

Technical Publications means the technical publications relating to the Aircraft listed in Part 2 of the appendix to the Acceptance Certificate;

Technical Publications means all documentation or data necessary for the complete installation use, operation, maintenance, servicing, overhaul of the Products, provided by the Contractor hereunder.
