Proprietary Notice. Any copies of the NCOALink Product or the Service Materials produced by Licensee shall have a notice identifying the same as the confidential and proprietary property of USPS.

The Proprietary Notice means the following notices and legends (which may be amended by notice from CUHK to Institution from time to time): “This material is retrieved from the Site which was developed by the X. X. Xxx Research Centre for Chinese Ancient Texts, the Institute of Chinese Studies, a division of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (“CUHK”) in whom all proprietary rights reside. The Site is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. No part of the Site shall be reproduced or adapted without prior written permission approved by CUHK.”

The Distributor will ensure that all copies of the Products will incorporate copyright and other proprietary notices in the same manner that AOS incorporates such notices in the Products or in any manner reasonably requested by AOS. The Distributor will not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices incorporated on or in the Products by AOS.

Ordering Company shall also xxxx all media containing such copies with a warning that the Licensed Materials are subject to restrictions contained in an agreement between Supplier and AT&T and that such Licensed Material are the property of Supplier.
