The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows:
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. Any document issued under the Bank's name or logotype, which is intended for publication as part of a special project, joint program, research initiative or any other activity financed with the resources of the Project, shall be previously approved by the Bank.
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. Except as necessary for performance of service under this Agreement, no copies, sketches, or graphs of materials, including graphic artwork, prepared pursuant to this Agreement, will be released by FIRM to any other person or other city without City’s prior written approval. All press releases, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers or magazines, will be approved and distributed solely by City, unless otherwise provided by written agreement between the Parties.

PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. A report taking stock of the implementation of the Agreement in the companies of the Group shall be disclosed to all of the employees of the Group via an appropriate channel. It shall be sent to the members of the CCSR 15 days before the annual meeting.
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. 3.1. Subject to obtaining approval from the Stock Exchange and any other relevant regulatory authority, the Company shall arrange for the Announcement, the Circular and the Prospectus Documents to be published on the Stock Exchange’s website and its own website as soon as reasonably practicable following the signing of this Agreement.
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. All Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, and Parent Code of Conduct will be available at all times on the GYHA website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Any policy not specifically covered herein shall fall under the guidelines and bylaws of USA Hockey and CAHA.

Specifically, all Qualified Property of the Applicant located in the sections of land idenitifed in EXHIBIT 1. Third Amended and Restated Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value Between Iraan-Sheffield Independent School District and OCI Alamo 6 LLC & OCI Solar TRE LLC TEXAS COMPTROLLER APPLICATION NUMBER 1020 December 12, 2016 EXHIBIT 2 EXHIBIT 3 DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY This Agreement covers all qualified property within Iraan-Sheffield ISD necessary for the operations of the solar photovoltaic (PV) electric generating facility with a total operating capacity of approximately 160 MW. The exact capacity and the specific technology components will be determined during the development and design process described in Tab 4 of the Application. A map of the facilities is shown on the following page. A 160 MW solar PV generating facility may include a qualified investment consisting of the following improvements:

The Parties acknowledge that the Comptroller is required to publish the Application; each map and economic benefit statement the Company was required to submit with the Application; each amendment to the Application; this Agreement; and each biennial compliance report in accordance with Section 403.622, Texas Government Code.

Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website; B. The District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on the Comptroller’s website; C. This Section does not require the publication of information that is confidential under Section 313.028 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
