certification of documents definition
certification of documents means the certification, under section 4(1)(k)(ii) of the Act, of documents not being certificates of free sale or export certificates;
certification of documents means the certification, under section 4(1)(k)(ii) (as amended by section 11(a)(iii) of the Act of 2006) of the Act of 1995, of documents not being certificates of free sale or export certificates;
certification of documents means that certain Certification of Financial Statements and Operating Statement, dated as of the date hereof, made by Borrower for the benefit of Lender.
