REPORTS TO PARENTS. It is agreed that reporting pupil progress to parents periodically is a necessary function of the school. All such reporting, including Parent/Teacher Conferences, shall be considered part of the school routine.

REPORTS TO PARENTS. 1. Each school may develop its own report card system subject to the approval of the Superintendent or his/her designee. The system shall include a report that reflects the student’s progress in the instructional program of that school.
REPORTS TO PARENTS. Conferences are held every year. The time assigned for conferences in K-8 should be strictly adhered to. Both parents should be in attendance. In the event that a parent feels the need for a special conference, the teachers are available in their classrooms until 3:15 P.M. A meeting will be held with the student, his/her parent and administration to set a plan in place to ensure sufficient progress is being made towards graduation requirements.
