Reports to the Trust. The Adviser shall prepare and furnish to the Trust such reports, statistical data and other information in such form and at such intervals as the Trust may reasonably request.

Any materials provided pursuant to this Section 7 (“Work Product”) are prepared solely for the internal business use of the Trust. The Work Product may not be distributed, disclosed, copied or otherwise furnished to any third party without Adviser’s prior written consent. Any distribution of the Work Product that is approved by Adviser must be in its entirety, and will require a signed third party release prior to distribution. Adviser does not intend to benefit any third party recipient of the Work Product, even if Adviser consents to the release of its Work Product to such third party. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer rights upon, nor shall this Agreement be construed to create any rights in, any person that is not a party to this Agreement. Nothing in this Section 7, however, shall require any notice, consent or other action by the Trust or its trustees, officers or affiliates in connection with requests or demands for Work Product by applicable regulators.
