Unless the Certificate Administrator has actual knowledge that any report or file received from the Master Servicer contains erroneous information, the Certificate Administrator is authorized to rely thereon in calculating and making distributions to Certificateholders in accordance with Section 4.01, preparing the Distribution Date Statement required by Section 4.02(a) and allocating Realized Losses to the Certificates in accordance with Section 4.04.
