Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Acting Chief Attn: Xxxxxxx X Xxxxx, Acting U.S. Attorney Re: Plea Agreement Disclosure Certification The undersigned certify, pursuant to Paragraph 10 of the Plea Agreement (“Agreement”) filed on December 21, 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, by and between the United States and NatWest Markets Plc (the “Company”), that undersigned are aware of the Company’s disclosure obligations under Paragraph 11 of the Agreement and that the Company has disclosed to the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut (collectively, the “Fraud Section and the Office”) any and all evidence or allegations of conduct required pursuant to Paragraph 11 of the Agreement, which includes evidence or allegations that may constitute a criminal violation of U.S. federal law (“Disclosable Information”). This obligation to disclose information extends to any and all Disclosable Information that has been identified through the Company’s compliance and controls program, whistleblower channel, internal audit reports, due diligence procedures, investigation process, or other processes. The undersigned further acknowledge and agree that the reporting requirement contained in Paragraph 11 and the representations contained in this certification constitute a significant and important component of the Agreement and the Fraud Section’s and the Office’s determination whether the Company has satisfied its obligations under the Agreement. The undersigned hereby certify respectively that [he/she] is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and that [he/she] is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and that each has been duly authorized by the Company to sign this Certification on behalf of the Company. This Certification shall constitute a material statement and representation by the undersigned and by, on behalf of, and for the benefit of, the Company to the executive branch of the United States for purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 1001, and such material statement and representation shall be deemed to have been made in the District of Connecticut.   • Compliance Certification From time to time the Sub-Adviser shall provide such certifications with respect to Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act, as are reasonably requested by the Fund or the Manager. In addition, the Sub-Adviser will, from time to time, provide a written assessment of its compliance program in conformity with current industry standards that is reasonably acceptable to the Fund to enable the Fund to fulfill its obligations under Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION Contractor hereby affirms, under penalty of perjury as provided in ORS 305.385(6), that, to the best of Contractor’s knowledge, the Contractor is not in violation of any of the tax laws described in ORS 305.380(4). For purposes of this certification, “tax laws” means a state tax imposed by ORS 320.005 to 320.150 and 403.200 to 403.250, ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 321 and 323; the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and local taxes administered by the Oregon Department of Revenue under ORS 305.620.

  • RECYCLING CERTIFICATION The Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, goods, or supplies offered or sold to the State regardless of whether the product meets the requirements of Public Contract Code Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (Pub. Contract Code §12205).

  • ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:
