Match Requirement. SUBRECIPIENT must provide proof of at least 30% cash and/or in-kind local matching share of the grant amount. Other funding from the County cannot be used to meet this match.

ADHS may not award a contract under this programs unless the sub-recipient agrees that, with respect to the amount of the cooperative agreement allocated by ADHS, the sub-recipient will make available non-federal contributions in the amount of 10% ($1 for each $10 of federal funds provided in the cooperative agreement) of the award, whether provided through financial or direct assistance. Match may be provided directly or through donations from public or private entities and may be in cash or in kind, fairly evaluated, including plant, equipment or services. Amounts provided by the federal government or services assisted or subsidized to any significant extent by the federal government may not be included in determining the amount of such non-federal contributions. Documentation of match, including methods and sources, must be included in sub-recipient budgets each budget period, include calculations for both financial assistance and direct assistance, follow procedures for generally accepted accounting practices, and meet audit requirements.
Match Requirement. The Borrower shall cause there to be a minimum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) in other, non-federal sources used to fund Predevelopment Activities.
Match Requirement. The organization receiving the Cooperative Agreement is required to match federal funding on a 1:1 ratio. Cash match in an amount not less than 50 percent of the federal funding is required. The remainder may be in the form of indirect and/or in-kind match. No portion of the match may be from federal sources (except applicable Community Development Block Grant funds). Program income (i.e. fees collected from clients and/or attendees for training) is also excluded as a source of matching funds.
Match Requirement. In disbursing the funds, the Grantee shall ensure there is a match of the total Grant amount received from the Agency based upon the expenditure of two dollars ($2.00) of private funds for each one dollar ($1.00) of Grant funding ("Matching Funds"). Such Matching Funds shall (a) constitute the actual expenditure of Grantee or private funds on the Project described in Attachment A and not "in kind" contributions and (b) be in balance at the time of each Grant disbursement pursuant to Section 1.06 hereof. The source and amount of Matching Funds shall be identified by the Grantee in each Reimbursement Request, as described in Section 1.06. The Matching Funds may come from any private individual or entity associated with the Project.
Match Requirement. A. SUBGRANTEE may use LIRHF funds to meet the match requirement of HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
