• Lobbying Certification and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities shall be completed by subcontractors and included in subcontractor contracts, as applicable.

• Lobbying Certification and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities shall be completed by PERFORMING PARTY’S subrecipients and included in PERFORMING PARTY’S subrecipients’ contracts, as applicable.

• Submission of the Lobbying Certification is a prerequisite for making or entering into this transaction imposed by Section 1352, Title 31, and U.S. Code.

• CONTRACTOR shall include a statement of compliance with the Lobbying Certification and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities in applicable procurement solicitations.

• The Vendor must sign the Lobbying Certification, Attachment C, which was attached as an addendum to this Agreement and which is incorporated and made a part of this Agreement.
