Replacement of Investigator. If Investigator cannot carry out the duties under this Agreement, or leaves the Institution, or notifies Institution that he/she is likely to leave, Institution will immediately notify Idorsia, and Institution and Idorsia shall endeavor to agree upon a successor. Jestliže se Zkoušející nebo příslušní zaměstnanci, dodavatelé a zástupci, kteří jsou zapojeni do provádění Klinického hodnocení pod dohledem Zkoušejícího (xxxx označovaní xxx xxxx „Pracovníci podílející se na klinickém hodnocení“), takové porady zúčastní, xxx xxx společnost Idorsia poskytne náhradu všech přiměřených doložitelných nákladů a výdajů na cestu, které vznikly Zkoušejícímu nebo Pracovníkům podílejícím se na klinickém hodnocení, jejichž účast na poradě si vyžádala společnost Idorsia (kromě jakéhokoli stravování mimo pracoviště, kde xx xxxxxx koná), ovšem s xxx, že takové výdaje společnost Idorsia předem odsouhlasila a odpovídají případné aktuální směrnici o náhradě cestovních výdajů společnosti Idorsia. 1.5.3
Replacement of Investigator. 1. If Investigator turns out to become unable to continue his/her duties at the Research Institution because of his/her resignation, dismissal, transfer, or any other reason, the Research Institution shall immediately notify Company thereof in writing.

Institution agrees to provide notice to Sponsor and IQVIA if Investigator will be terminating its employment relationship in the Institution or is otherwise no longer able to perform the Study without undue delay after receiving information on such termination. The appointment of a new Investigator must have the prior approval of Sponsor and IQVIA. 1.5
Replacement of Investigator. The Parties agree that the participation of the Investigator is important to the successful performance and completion of the Study. If the Investigator withdraws from or, is otherwise unable to complete his/her responsibilities under this Agreement for any reason, the Institution shall immediately notify the Sponsor or PSI, and the Institution and the Sponsor shall endeavour to agree upon a successor. However, in such event, if the Institution and the Sponsor are unable to jointly agree upon a successor within fifteen (15) days of such notice for any reason, then the Sponsor may terminate this Agreement as set forth in Section 9.2 below.

Společnost Idorsia bude rovněž neprodleně informovat Zdravotnické zařízení o veškerých skutečnostech, které mohou nepříznivě ovlivnit bezpečnost nebo zdraví subjektů hodnocení nebo mít vliv na další provádění Studie, včetně informací vzešlých ze Studie prováděné na jiných místech hodnocení, a informovat Zdravotnické zařízení o všech jí oznámených podezřeních na nežádoucí účinky hodnoceného léčivého přípravku. 1.5.3 Porady se Zkoušejícím v rámci Klinického h odnocení. Společnost Idorsia průběžně pořádá v rámci Klinického hodnocení porady se Zkoušejícím. Jestliže se Zkoušející nebo příslušní zaměstnanci, kteří jsou zapojeni do provádění Klinického hodnocení pod dohledem Zkoušejícího (dále označovaní jen jako „Pracovníci podílející se na Klinickém hodnocení“), takové porady zúčastní, pak jim společnost Idorsia poskytne náhradu všech přiměřených doložitelných nákladů a výdajů na cestu, které vznikly Zkoušejícímu nebo Pracovníkům podílejícím se na Klinickém hodnocení, jejichž účast na poradě si vyžádala společnost Idorsia (kromě jakéhokoli stravování mimo pracoviště, kde se porada koná), ovšem s tím, že takové výdaje společnost Idorsia předem odsouhlasila. 1.5.4
