Employment Relationship. For purposes of this Agreement, Employee shall be considered to be in the employment of the Company as long as Employee remains an employee of either the Company, a parent or subsidiary corporation (as defined in section 428 of the Code) of the Company, or a corporation or a parent or subsidiary of such corporation. Any question as to whether and when there has been a termination of such employment, and the cause of any such termination, shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, and such determination shall be final.
Employment Relationship. Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).

Without limiting the scope of the preceding sentence, it is specifically provided that the Employee shall be considered to have terminated employment with the Company at the time of the termination of the “Affiliate” status of the entity or other organization that employs the Employee. Nothing in the adoption of the Plan, nor the award of the Restricted Shares thereunder pursuant to this Agreement, shall confer upon the Employee the right to continued employment by the Company or affect in any way the right of the Company to terminate such employment at any time. Unless otherwise provided in a written employment agreement or by applicable law, the Employee’s employment by the Company shall be on an at-will basis, and the employment relationship may be terminated at any time by either the Employee or the Company for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause or notice. Any question as to whether and when there has been a termination of such employment, and the cause of such termination, shall be determined by the Committee or its delegate, and its determination shall be final.
Employment Relationship. For purposes of the Agreement, you shall be considered to be in the employment of the Company Group as long as you have an employment relationship with the Company Group. The Committee shall determine any questions as to whether and when there has been a termination of such employment relationship, and the cause of such termination, under the Plan and the Committee’s determination shall be final and binding on all persons.
Employment Relationship. The Company and the Employee acknowledge that the Employee’s employment is and shall continue to be at-will, as defined under applicable law. If the Employee’s employment terminates for any reason, the Employee shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, awards or compensation other than as provided by this Agreement, or as may otherwise be available in accordance with any Company plan or policy approved by the Board.
Employment Relationship. For purposes of this Agreement, Optionee shall be considered to be in the employment of the Company as long as Optionee remains an employee of either the Company, any successor corporation or a parent or subsidiary corporation (as defined in section 424 of the Internal Revenue Code) of the Company or any successor corporation. Any question as to whether and when there has been a termination of such employment, and the cause of such termination, shall be determined by the Committee, or its delegate, as appropriate, and its determination shall be final. The Plan and this Agreement shall not constitute a contract of employment between the Company, any successor corporation or a parent or subsidiary corporation of the Company or any successor corporation and Optionee. Each Optionee is an at-will employee except as provided in any other written agreement. Nothing contained in the Plan (or any Award made pursuant to this Plan) or the Agreement shall confer upon Optionee any right to continue in the employment of the Company, or guarantee of payment of future incentives, or shall interfere with, affect or restrict in any way, the rights of the Company, which are expressly reserved, to discharge Optionee, any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon the Optionee the right to continue in the employ of the Company, nor shall anything contained herein be construed or interpreted to limit the "employment at will" relationship between the Optionee and the Company.
Employment Relationship. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement and unless contrary to applicable law or the terms of a written contract executed by an officer of EDS, employment with EDS is for an indefinite term and may be ended, with or without Cause, at any time by either the Grantee or EDS, with or without previous notice. Nothing in this document will be construed to oblige EDS to continue Grantee's employment for any particular time or under any particular terms and conditions of employment.
Employment Relationship. Executive’s employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either Executive or the Company may terminate Executive’s employment at any time and for any reason, with or without Cause or Good Reason. Such employment relationship shall continue for the stated term of this Agreement, as described in Paragraph 8 hereof, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Paragraph 5 hereof.
