Replacement Basic Cardmember. About using your card You must tell us if the Basic Cardmember is no longer an employee or officer of the Company or does not want to be the Basic Cardmember. In that case, you must either close the Account, or propose another person to replace the Basic Cardmember. If you propose another person to replace the Basic Cardmember, that person must agree to assume the obligations and liabilities of the Basic Cardmember under this Agreement, as of the date that such person replaces the Basic Cardmember. That person is subject to our approval. You agree that the Basic Cardmember remains the Basic Cardmember until we approve a replacement or the Account is closed. Using the card Cards may be used for purchases. At our discretion, we may permit you to make cash advances, balance transfers or person-to-person transactions subject to Limits on person-to-person transactions. You cannot transfer balances from any other account issued by us and/or our affiliates. Each Cardmember acknowledges and agrees that cards are intended to be used for the Company's commercial or business purposes. You may arrange for certain merchants and third parties to store your card number and expiration date, so that, for example: ● the merchant may charge your account at regular intervals; or ● you may make charges using that stored card information. We may (but are not required to) tell these merchants and third parties if your expiration date or card number changes or if your account status is updated, including if your account is cancelled. If you do not want us to share your updated account information, please contact us using the number on the back of your card. Keep the cards safe. Do not let anyone use them. If a card is lost or stolen or the Account is being used without permission, contact us right away. The Account may not be used for illegal activities. Limits on person-to-person transactions Your person-to-person transactions may not exceed the $2,000 person-to-person transaction limit within any 30-day period. You agree to manage your Account so that the total of your person-to-person transactions in any 30-day period do not exceed the limit on person-to-person transactions. We may not approve a person-to-person transaction if it would cause your Account to exceed the person-to- person transaction limit or your Credit Limit.   • Card Replacement If you need to replace the Card for any reason except at the time of Card expiration, please contact (000) 000-0000 to request a replacement.   • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Contract Length The salary schedule is based on a teaching contract of 179.0 days. Extra months teaching contracts shall be equated at a daily rate of 1/187 of the annual salary less the fringe dollars identified on the schedule. Ten-month contracts shall be 203 days, and eleven-month contracts shall be 223 days.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
