Renewal Subscription Term. Unless one of us gives the other written notice that it does not intend to renew the subscription, this Agreement will automatically renew for one year (“Renew Subscription Term”). Written notice of non-renewal must be sent no more than ninety (90) days but no less than forty-five (45) days in advance of the end of the Subscription Term. The Renewal Subscription Term will be on the current terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the renewal pricing provided for you in your Order Form or, if not specified in the Order Form, on our standard pricing available at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. In addition, on renewal, the current product usage limits at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx will apply to your subscription, unless otherwise agreed to by both of us. Renewal Subscription Term. Unless one of us gives the other written notice that it does not intend to renew the subscription, this Agreement will automatically renew at the latest agreed upon Subscription Term. Written notice of non-renewal must be sent: (i) for a monthly Subscription Term no less than before the end of the Subscription Term, or (ii) for a Subscription Term of more than a month, no less than two (2) full calendar months in advance of the end of the Subscription Term, unless otherwise set forth in your Order Form. Two full calendar months in advance of the end of the Subscription Term means that the written-notice must receive ChurchDesk at the first of the month if your subscription renews at the 7th of the month two month later. The Renewal Subscription Term will be on the current terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the renewal pricing provided for in your Order Form or, if not specified in the Order Form, on our standard pricing available on our Pricing Page. Renewal Subscription Term. Except as otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, Fees for any renewal Subscription Term shall be (i) based on the prior Subscription Term for the applicable Services and Users; (ii) subject to up to a eight percent (8%) increase above the applicable pricing in the prior Subscription Term, unless Toolio provides notice of different pricing at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable renewal Subscription Term; and (iii) charged automatically at the start of each renewal Subscription Term, or if applicable, invoiced approximately thirty (30) days prior to the start of each subsequent Subscription Term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form or SOW, renewal of promotional or one-time priced Subscription Terms will be at Toolio’s applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal Subscription Term. In no event will the Fees for the renewal Subscription Term be lower than the Fees for the previous Subscription Term.

  • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Option Term This option shall have a term of ten (10) years measured from the Grant Date and shall accordingly expire at the close of business on the Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated in accordance with Paragraph 5 or 6.

  • Renewal Option This Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Administration and the State Budget Director in compliance with IC § 5-22-17-4. This restriction will not: (a) limit any increase caused by changes in the number or type of Subscriptions; or (b) apply to a Subscription Renewed after its expiry. We do not commit to offering promotional discounts on Renewals. If you look to reduce your Subscriptions, or the length of your Renewal from those during the immediately prior Initial Subscription or Renewal (as applicable), this may result in re-pricing without regard to your current per-Subscription pricing. Notices may be given by Us by email or electronically submitted invoice or notice.

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • Subscription Period the Initial Subscription together with any Renewal(s).

  • Term and Renewal Options The term of service is 24 months (Initial Term). Following the expiration of the Initial Term, service under this option will continue on a month-to-month basis subject to the terms and conditions, including rates and discounts set forth under this option (Extension Term). The Company or the Customer may elect to forego the Extension Term by providing the other party written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term.
