Subscription Term and Renewal. (a) The term of a Subscription shall commence upon the date specified in the Quotation or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing and continue for the period specified in the Quotation or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing (the “Initial Term”), unless terminated prior to the end of such period in accordance with the terms hereof.
Subscription Term and Renewal. The initial Subscription Term for a Hosted Service Subscription License is stated in the applicable Order. The Subscription Term will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless either Company or Nuance gives notice of nonrenewal to the other party and to the Authorized Reseller not less than 30 days before the expiration of the current term, at the renewal rate set forth in Company’s Order or, if no renewal rate is specified, at the contracted rate applicable under Company’s Order immediately before renewal.
Subscription Term and Renewal. The length of the Subscription Term will be as specified in the applicable Service Order. At least 30 days prior to the expiration of a Subscription Term, PowerDMS will send a new Service Order notifying Customer of the pricing applicable to a renewal subscription for a period equal to the expiring Subscription Term. PowerDMS reserves the right to increase the subscription fees applicable to the renewal subscription. The new Service Order shall be deemed to be effective if Customer (a) returns the executed Service Order to PowerDMS, (b) remits payment to PowerDMS of the fees set forth in the invoice referencing the Service Order, or (c) the Customer or any of its Users access or use the Services after the expiration of the previous Subscription Term.

Each subscription term for Subscription Services will commence on the Subscription Start Date, and will continue for the period specified in the Sales Order or, if not so specified, one year (an “Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term the parties may renew the Subscription Services term for successive periods of at least one year each (each, a “Renewal Term”) at such rates as may be mutually agreed in writing between them. Komo will provide the Customer with notice of its proposed fees for renewal at least two months prior to the expiration of the then-current term. The Initial Term and each Renewal Term are individually referred to in these Terms as the “Subscription Term”.

If you are a User of Paid Services, your initial subscription term will be specified in your Subscription Plan and, unless otherwise agreed by Geojet in writing, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period on the then-current terms. You may prevent renewal of the subscription by sending us a notice of non-renewal to xxxxx@xxxxxx.xx before the last day of your then-current subscription term.

Subscription Terms shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring Subscription Term, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the relevant Subscription Term. The per-unit pricing during the subsequent Subscription Term will increase by up to 10% above the applicable pricing in the prior Subscription Term, unless BizLibrary provides Client notice of different pricing at least sixty (60) days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at BizLibrary’s applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. User counts during any subsequent Subscription Term will be subject to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof.

Each subscription term for Subscription Services will commence on the Subscription Start Date, and will continue for the period for which Customer has prepaid Mercero using the online checkout (for example, for one month or for one year) (an “Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term the Initial Term will automatically renew for successive periods of the same length as the Initial Term (each, a “Renewal Term”), at the then-current rates specified on the Subscription Page. However, Mercero may require any Renewal Term to be at the rates and for the programs specified in a written notice to Customer, effective upon the later to occur of (a) not less than sixty (60) days of its written notice of such requirement, or (b) expiration of Customer’s Subscription Term in effect on the date on which Mercero transmits its notice that new rates will apply (applies to Customers with an annual subscription). Customer’s credit card will be automatically debited for the fees payable for each Renewal Term at the beginning of each Renewal Term. The Initial Term and each Renewal Term are individually referred to in these Terms as the “Subscription Term”. Customer may terminate the Subscription Term at any time by deleting its Account via the Mercero Platform dashboard; the termination will become effective at the end of the then-current period for which Customer has prepaid, and the Subscription Term will not renew. Customer acknowledges that its subscription will automatically renew, and Xxxxxxxx’s credit card will continue to be charged, until Customer terminates its subscription as specified in this Section 8.4.1. Mercero may terminate the Subscription Term upon expiration of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term, by provision of not less than 10 days’ prior notice to Customer.

Thereafter, the Society shall invoice Subscriber for the Fee and Subscriber may elect to renew the Subscription Term for additional one-year periods by paying the Fee when due. If Subscriber’s payment is not received by the Society within sixty (60) days after expiration of the applicable Subscription Term, the Society will discontinue Subscriber’s access to the Subscribed Products. The Society reserves the right to modify the Fee and the terms of this Agreement for any renewal period. The subscription start and end dates will be listed on Subscriber’s invoice for each Subscription Term.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in re-pricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.
