RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. 41.1 Employees relieving in a position for over 3 months, will have performance objectives set at the relieving level and not at the employee's substantive level.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. A Support Employee required by the Centre to perform duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification shall be paid such higher rate whilst so engaged. Provided that, if the Employee is engaged for four hours or more on the higher class of work, the Employee shall be paid the higher rate for the entire shift.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. 24.01 When an employee is absent the Supervisor will decide whether or not it is necessary to fill the vacancy.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. 21.01 Employees requested in writing to provide temporary relief in a position outside of the bargaining unit shall receive the base rate of pay for the position unless the employee’s rate of pay is equal to or greater in which case the employee shall receive a rate of pay equivalent to the next step on the incremental grid. Such employees shall continue to pay union dues and shall continue to be covered by the terms of the Collective Agreement.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. 23.01 When an employee is absent for one-half (.5) day or more, the Xxxxxxx or Supervisor will decide whether or not it is necessary to fill the vacancy for the half day.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. 8.1 An Employee appointed by the County to act in a temporary capacity as a lead hand for a period in excess of One (1) day shall receive a Ten Percent (10%) increase over their regular wage rate for the duration of the assignment period, providing that the Director of Operations, or designate, has requested the Employee to do so, and has signed the appropriate time sheets showing the hours worked.
RELIEVING IN OTHER POSITIONS. Employees relieving in a position for over 3 months, will have performance objectives set at the relieving level and not at the employee's substantive level. Any time worked at a higher classification level will contribute to incremental progression at the substantive level subject to Clause 9.5. Any time worked at a higher classification level will contribute to incremental progression at that higher level subject to Clause 9.5. Incremental movement granted during relief will be acknowledged if appointed permanently to that level.

This subclause does not apply to employees at ET Levels 1, 2 and 3. Any time worked at a higher classification level will contribute to incremental progression at that higher level subject to the higher grade clause within this agreement. This subclause does not apply to employees at ET Levels 1, 2 and 3. Incremental movement granted during relief will be acknowledged if appointed permanently to that level. This subclause does not apply to employees at ET Levels 1, 2 and 3.
