The word “Grantor” means each and all of the persons or entities granting a Security Interest in any Collateral for the Loan, including without limitation all Borrowers granting such a Security Interest.
The Security Interest is and shall be prior to any other Lien on any of the Article 9 Collateral, other than Liens permitted under the Credit Agreement.
Each Grantor hereby acknowledges receipt of a signed copy of this Agreement and hereby waives the requirement to be provided with a copy of any verification statement issued in respect of a financing statement or financing change statement filed under the PPSA in connection with this Agreement to perfect the Security Interest created herein.
