Our Rights. You acknowledge that We are not obligated to use Your Contribution as part of the Material and may decide to include any Contribution We consider appropriate.
Our Rights. 3.1 Alterations and building works We have the right to carry out any alterations or building works at the Accommodation, the Building without liability for disturbance provided that, as far as practicable, we have used reasonable endeavours to minimise disturbance.

We can only cancel your orders if you explicitly request so, and provided that we have not acted up to the time of your request upon those instructions. We shall have no liability for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly out of the failure of such order to be cancelled.

Whenever this Agreement provides that we have a certain right, that right is absolute and the parties intend that our exercise of that right will not be subject to any limitation or review. We have the right to operate, administrate, develop, and change the System in any manner that is not specifically precluded by the provisions of this Agreement, although this right does not modify the requirements of subparagraph 5.E and other express limitations set forth in this Agreement.
