Trade Secret Rights definition

Trade Secret Rights means the rights of an Assignor in any Trade Secret it holds.
Trade Secret Rights shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
Trade Secret Rights means all documentation, Know-How and other materials owned by the Borrower that is considered to be proprietary to the Borrower, is maintained on a confidential or secret basis, and is generally not known to other persons or entities who are not subject to confidentiality restrictions.

Trade Secret Rights means any and all common law and statutory rights existing from time to time under the Laws of the United States, any state or foreign jurisdiction or international treaty regime with respect to trade secrets and data rights.
