Reimbursement of Fees. The State agrees to pay the full renewal cost of professional and/or technical licenses, certificates, or credentials which are required as a condition of employment.
Reimbursement of Fees. The Company agrees to pay, to the full extent permitted by law, all legal fees and expenses which the Employee may reasonably incur as a result of any contest by the Company, Internal Revenue Service or others regarding the validity or enforceability of, or liability under, any provision of this Agreement or any guarantee of performance thereof (including as a result of any contest by the Employee about the amount of any payment pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement) or in connection with any dispute arising from this Agreement, regardless of whether Employee prevails in any such contest or dispute.
Reimbursement of Fees. The Company agrees to pay, to the full extent permitted by law, all legal fees and expenses which the Employee may reasonably incur for the period beginning upon the Effective Date and ending upon the Employee’s death as a result of any contest by the Company, Internal Revenue Service or others regarding the validity or enforceability of, or liability under, any provision of this Agreement or any guarantee of performance thereof (including as a result of any contest by the Employee about the amount of any payment pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement) or in connection with any dispute arising from this Agreement, regardless of whether Employee prevails in any such contest or dispute. The Company shall pay or reimburse such fees and expenses on a monthly basis, payable on the first of each month, and all reimbursement payments with respect to expenses incurred within a particular year shall be made no later than the end of the Employee’s taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense was incurred. Any amounts not paid within such monthly reimbursement period shall bear interest at the rate per annum established by PNC Bank, National Association (or its successor) from time to time as its “prime” or equivalent rate. The amount of reimbursable expenses incurred in one taxable year of the Employee shall not affect the amount of reimbursable expenses in a different taxable year and such reimbursement shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event such amounts are conditioned upon a separation from service and not compensation the Employee could receive without separating from service, then no such payments may be made to Employee until the first day following the six-month anniversary of the Employee’s termination.
Reimbursement of Fees. If the Participant violates any of the provisions of this Section 19, or any duty of loyalty or confidentiality imposed by law, in addition to any damages that the Participant may be required to pay, the Participant understands and agrees that the Participant shall be required to reimburse the Corporation for all its costs incurred to enforce this Award Agreement, including but not limited to, all attorneys’ fees.
Reimbursement of Fees. All reasonable legal fees and expenses paid or incurred by Executive pursuant to any dispute or question of interpretation relating to this Agreement shall be paid or reimbursed by Cascade if Executive is successful on the merits pursuant to an arbitration award or legal judgment.

The Company shall pay such fees and expenses within ten (10) days after the presentment of an invoice for the same by the Employee and any amounts not paid within such period shall bear interest at the rate per annum established by PNC Bank, National Association (or its successor) from time to time as its “prime” or equivalent rate.
Reimbursement of Fees. Licensee shall reimburse mHUB for all reasonable expenses and attorneys' fees and disbursements that mHUB incurs in connection with a breach or Default by Licensee under this Agreement or enforcement of any provision or covenant of this Agreement against Licensee, regardless whether suit is commenced or judgment is entered.
Reimbursement of Fees. In the event that Owner is required to take any legal action to enforce the terms of this License, including any action against User for possession, owner shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights and remedies hereunder or at law or equity, to the reimbursement by User of all reasonable costs incurred by owner in the exercise of its rights and remedies, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys, fees and disbursements. In any legal action brought in connection with this License, both owner and User waive a jury trial.
Reimbursement of Fees. 11.4.1 The employer shall reimburse the cost of membership of the Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine, or equivalent.
Reimbursement of Fees. Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable and documented fees and expenses of counsel incurred in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement.
