Reimbursable Supplies and Services. The Contractor shall not incur costs that exceed the amount of funding stated on the Reimbursable Supplies and Services CLIN(s) at the time a reimbursable item is ordered. The following are expressly identified reimbursable items:  Tools and Support Equipment (PWS 1.17.2)  Port Charges (PWS 2.1.1.6)  Government Directed Special Requirements (PWS 2.1.1.7)  Periodic Inspections and Maintenance (PWS 2.4.3.4)

Reimbursable Supplies and Services. This section corresponds to the Reimbursables CLIN. B 3.1 The Government will reimburse the Contractor only for the actual price paid for those supplies and services that are identified as reimbursable items by this Contract. “Actual price" paid by the Contractor for such supplies and services, includes tax paid, if any, reduced by any and all credits and rebates, whether accrued or realized, associated with the supplies and services provided. “Actual price” does not include material handling charges, overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, or any other indirect cost that is in any way associated with the Contractor’s purchase or provision of such supplies and services. The parties expressly agree that the offered and accepted Detachment Per Diem Rate includes all costs incurred or paid by the Contractor, including but not limited to material handling charges, overhead, general and administrative costs, or profit, that are in any way associated with the Contractor’s purchase or provision of such supplies and services.

  • Reimbursable Services Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 15.2 that are provided by the Architect/Engineer in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Agreement.   • Contracted Services The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Employer, directly or indirectly under the Contract or sub-Contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or employees who shall become members. The terms and conditions of employment for all of these employees will be those set out in this Collective Agreement and all employees will be covered under the terms and conditions of a single Collective Agreement.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1.   • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Customer Support The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Agreements Agreements for purchase will normally be put into effect by means of a purchase order(s) executed by authorized agents of the TIPS Member participating government entities, but other means of placing an order may be used at the Member’s discretion. Tax exempt status Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. Assignments of Agreements No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Existing Services In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.
