Reimbursable Services. Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 15.2 that are provided by the Architect/Engineer in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Agreement. Compensation for Reimbursable Services will be made when the services are complete.
Reimbursable Services. 5.1 Reimbursable Services are in addition to the Compensation for Basic Services and Additional Services. These include actual not-to-exceed expenditures made by the Architect/Engineer and the Architect/Engineer’s consultants incurred solely and directly in connection with Architect/Engineer’s performance of its services hereunder for the following expenses:
Reimbursable Services. The services identified in the following list are not included in Basic Services.
Reimbursable Services. For reimbursable services, as described in Article 5, and any other items included in Article 14 as Reimbursable Services, the Architect/Engineer’s reimbursement shall be calculated as an amount not to exceed 1.10 times the amounts actually expended by the Architect/Engineer and the Architect/Engineer’s consultants in the interest of the Project.
Reimbursable Services. 5.9.7.1 Reimbursable Services shall be provided by the Contractor and paid for in accordance with this Agreement by the Owner. These include actual not-to-exceed expenditures made by the Contractor and the Contractor’s consultants incurred solely and directly in connection with Contractor’s performance of its services hereunder for the following expenses:
Reimbursable Services. The Engineer may be directed in writing by the Commissioner to provide Reimbursable Services. Reimbursable Services are described in Article 6.5.
Reimbursable Services. The Engineer may be directed by the Commissioner to provide Reimbursable Services for the Project. If so directed, the Engineer shall provide such Reimbursable Services through entities approved by the Commissioner. Payment for Reimbursable Services shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 7.
Reimbursable Services. For any period for which the Engineer is requesting payment for Reimbursable Services, the Engineer shall submit the documentation set forth below:

Reimbursable Services. To the extent not included in another fee category, the Manager shall be separately compensated for the following services rendered on behalf of the Issuer under this Agreement (collectively, the “Reimbursable Services”) in accordance with the priorities established therefor in Sections 302(d) and (e) of the Indenture: (i) enforcement costs in accordance with Section 5.5 hereof, and (ii) the cost of any Mandatory Alterations made after the Closing Date in accordance with Section 5.9 hereof. In addition to such Reimbursable Services, the Manager shall be entitled to be reimbursed for Manager Advances in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 hereof.
