Amount of Funding. In consideration of MTI's performance of its obligations under the Research Program, (a) Sankyo paid MTI a research fee of US$3,500,000 for each of the first four Research Years during the term of the Research Program and (b) Sankyo shall pay a research fee of US$3,500,000 for the fifth Research Year during the term of the Research Program.
Amount of Funding. (a) For satisfactory completion of the Project, the District shall pay Recipient 25% percent of the total Project cost, but in no event shall the District cost-share exceed $1,102,850. The District cost-share is not subject to modification based upon price escalation in implementing the Project during the term of this Agreement. Recipient shall be responsible for payment of all costs necessary to ensure completion of the Project. Recipient shall notify the District’s Project Manager in writing upon receipt of any additional external funding for the Project not disclosed prior to execution of this Agreement.
