Registers Open for Inspection. The registers referred to in Section 2.8(1) shall be open at all reasonable times during business hours on a Business Day for inspection by the Company or any Warrantholder. The Warrant Agent shall, from time to time when requested to do so in writing by the Company, furnish the Company with a list of the names and addresses of holders of Warrants entered in the register of holders kept by the Warrant Agent and showing the number of Warrants held by each such holder.

The Trustee shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Warrantholders entered in the register kept by the Trustee showing the number of Warrants and the number of Common Shares which may then be acquired upon the exercise of the Warrants held by each such Warrantholder.

The Corporation with the approval of the Trustee may at any time close any register for Warrants, other than those kept at the Corporate Trust Office, and transfer the registration of any Warrants registered thereon to another register (which may be an existing register) and thereafter such Warrants shall be deemed to be registered on such other register. Notice of such transfer shall be given to the holders of such Warrants.
