Common use of Registers Open for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Registers Open for Inspection. The registers hereinbefore referred to shall be open at the office of the Trustee during normal business hours on each Business Day and upon reasonable written notice for inspection by the Corporation, the Trustee or any Warrantholder. The Trustee shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Warrantholders entered in the register kept by the Trustee showing the number of Warrants and the number of Common Shares which may then be acquired upon the exercise of the Warrants held by each such Warrantholder.

The Trustee Warrant Agent shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Warrantholders entered in the register kept by the Trustee Warrant Agent showing the number of Warrants and the number of Common Shares which may then be acquired upon the exercise of the Warrants held by each such Warrantholder.
