Common use of Registers Open for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Registers Open for Inspection. The registers hereinbefore referred to shall be open at all reasonable times during regular business hours of the Subscription Receipt Agent on any Business Day for inspection by the Corporation, Canaccord Genuity or any Receiptholder. The Subscription Receipt Agent shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Receiptholders entered in the registers kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent and showing the number of Subscription Receipts held by each such Receiptholder.

The registers hereinbefore referred to shall be open at all reasonable times during regular business hours of the Subscription Receipt Agent on any a Business Day for inspection by the CorporationTrust, Canaccord Genuity or the Subscription Receipt Agent or, subject to applicable law, any Receiptholder. The Subscription Receipt Agent shall, from time to time when requested so to do so by the CorporationTrust, furnish the Corporation Trust with a list of the names and addresses of Receiptholders entered in the registers kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent and showing the number of Subscription Receipts held by each such Receiptholderholder.

The Subscription Receipt Agent shall, from time to time when requested so to do so by the CorporationZarlink, furnish the Corporation Zarlink with a list of the names and addresses of Receiptholders entered in the registers kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent and showing the number of Underlying Convertible Debentures which might then be acquired upon the exchange of the Subscription Receipts held by each such Receiptholderholder.

The Subscription Receipt Agent shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Receiptholders entered in the registers kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent and showing the number of Underlying Common Shares which might then be acquired upon the exchange of the Subscription Receipts held by each such Receiptholderholder.
