Common use of Registers Open for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Registers Open for Inspection. The registers hereinbefore referred to shall be open at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice for inspection by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent or any Holder. The Warrant Agent shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Holders of Warrants entered in the register kept by the Warrant Agent and showing the number of Common Shares which may then be acquired upon the exercise of the Warrants held by each such Holder.

The Warrant Agent Trustee shall, from time to time when requested to do so by the Corporation, furnish the Corporation with a list of the names and addresses of Holders of Warrants Warrantholders entered in the register of Warrantholders kept by the Warrant Agent Trustee and showing the number of Common Shares which may Underlying Securities that might then be acquired upon the exercise of the Warrants held by each such HolderWarrantholder.
