Prior to commencing manufacturing the Casings, Contractor shall complete the activities and provide the documentation required in all mutually agreed upon Task Orders/Purchase Orders. Contractor shall provide access to facilities and records to demonstrate that it is on schedule to complete its facility and install equipment such that it can begin automated production no later than *****. Contractor will perform other Work only as authorized in a mutually agreed upon Task Order or Purchase Order signed by the Buyer. Each Task Order/Purchase Order shall specify the work to be performed, the ceiling price for such work and any special terms that may apply as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The Corporation shall in no event be liable to pay any amount above the ceiling price established by the applicable Task Order/ Purchase Order.
Recurring Costs. If general conditions or technology changes materially reduce Supplier’s recurring costs in providing the Services, Supplier shall renegotiate with Advanta to share those net reduced costs with Advanta.
