Processing Costs. In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.
Processing Costs all processing costs, charges, expenses and other amounts charged by Processors to BRI for the processing, recycling or disposal of BRI Beer Containers, related secondary packaging, Program Containers and Secondary Packaging shall be for the sole account of BRI.

Once Landlord's final Processing Costs have been determined, Landlord shall provide Tenant with written itemization of such costs, and if an additional sum is required to be paid by Tenant, or if Landlord is required to reimburse the excess over such costs to Tenant, such sums will be paid or reimbursed, respectively, within ten (10) days after receipt by Tenant of Landlord's written itemization. In the case of an automatic assignment pursuant to Section 11.1.2, the Processing Cost shall be paid within five (5) days following delivery of Landlord's written demand therefore.

In the process of collecting Charges from Company, Monsoon may incur costs such as automated clearing house or ACH fees, domestic and international credit card fees, domestic and international wire transfer fees, foreign exchange fees, overdrawn account fees, fees for exceeding credit card limits and other similar costs (collectively, "Processing Costs"). Company agrees that Monsoon may, at its sole discretion, debit the Designated Accounts for actual Processing Costs if the Processing Costs exceed industry standards or are in Monsoon's view otherwise unreasonable. Monsoon will automatically charge your monthly fees to your checking account on file. In the event that Monsoon can not charge your monthly charges to your checking account, we will charge your credit card. Returned check charges of $15.00 will apply to all returned ACH charges. A 2.5% processing fee will apply to charges made to back-up credit cards.

Nothing herein contained shall exempt Developer from paying processing costs imposed by City for the processing of Developer’s applications, including such costs as may be necessary to hire consultants and conduct studies required to develop the Project, subject to the provisions of this Section. Examples of such billable costs include the following: · informal meetings · scheduling · formal meetings · action letters · posting · counter or telephone explanations · neighbor inquiries · consultant review of issues and documents · report preparation · consultant preparation of documents · noticing · condition enforcement · permit issuance · referral inquiries · site visits · actions related to violations The list above is not intended to be complete. Charges for Town professional staff and consultant time spent processing this application will be based on an hourly rate and costs necessary to process the application will be billed directly to the Applicant. Consultant charges are based on actual costs plus a ten percent (10%) Town overhead charge. Applicant agrees that no final building permit will be granted for the project, and no final inspection will occur until all costs are paid.
Processing Costs. The term “Processing Costs” shall mean the Processing Costs as defined in Section 15(e) hereof.
