Reconsideration Procedure. If a Sessional Academic Staff Member who has been disciplined wishes to request a reconsideration of the decision, the Faculty Association shall contact Human Resources, who shall arrange for a meeting to be held with the University's representative, the Faculty Association and the Sessional Academic Staff Member.

Reconsideration Procedure. 7.1 Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Advice of Rating Form (Appendix G) in accordance with Articles 5.1, 6.2 and 6.3, the following procedure shall apply:

Reconsideration Procedure. Either the Manager or the incumbent(s) may request reconsideration of the job description and/or job rating by completing and submitting a Job Evaluation Reconsideration form, stating the reason(s) for disagreeing with the job description and/or rating of the job. Any such request must be submitted within thirty (30) PBC working days of the receipt of the Advice of Rating. Both the Manager and the incumbent(s) will be permitted to make a presentation to the Committee.
