Graduate Nurses. A Graduate Nurse in the employ of the Employer, upon presenting proof of current registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of a Registered Nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of writing the registration examination or to the date of last hire, whichever is later.

Graduate Nurses. All Graduate Nurses shall be paid ninety – five percent (95%) of the Registered Nurse hourly rates. A Graduate Nurse in the employ of the Home, upon presenting proof of current registration by the College or Nurses of Ontario, shall be given the salary of Registered Nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of writing the registration examination or to the date of last hire, whichever is later.
Graduate Nurses shall be compensated at a rate of thirty cents (30¢) less per hour than the rates in A.01.
Graduate Nurses. A graduate nurse is defined as a nurse who is a graduate of the program acceptable to the College of Nurses of Ontario and is in the process of being certified by the College of Nurses of Ontario or is completing certification requirements. This certification shall be completed within twelve (12) months following the nurse's date of hire. The graduate nurse shall be remunerated at the third year RPN rate on Schedule "A." The continued employment of a graduate nurse shall be in compliance with the Nursing Home Act. Should a graduate nurse not be employable pursuant to any of the aforementioned, the graduate nurse shall be terminated. The termination of a graduate nurse shall not be subject matter of a grievance or arbitration.
Graduate Nurses. Graduate Nurses shall remain on probation until their state licensure is in effect. All Graduate Nurses shall be supervised by a Licensed Registered Nurse and the scope of the Graduate Nurses' practice shall be defined by the rules and regulations of the Montana Board of Nursing.
Graduate Nurses shall receive the appropriate registered nurses' pay from date of employment. If she fails to acquire degree or diploma and College of Nurses Certificate of Competence, at the next sitting for the examination after the date of hiring, her employment will be terminated on that date.
Graduate Nurses. Time spent by a Nurse in the category of Graduate Nurse shall be counted as part of the period of continuous employment required for the tenure increase to the next step of the Registered Nurse scale as provided for in this section.
