Receipt Points Delivery Points. The Resource Entities shall deliver the Resource Entities' Gas or any other natural gas to be delivered through the Gathering System at a pressure sufficient to effect delivery into the Gathering System at the Receipt Points. Atlas America shall use its reasonable best efforts to redeliver the Resource Entities' Gas or any other natural gas delivered through the Gathering System at a pressure sufficient to effect redelivery from the Gathering System at the Delivery Points.
Receipt Points Delivery Points. (a) Receipt Points and Delivery Points. The receipt point(s) ("Receipt Point(s)") and delivery points ("Delivery Point(s)") for gas received and delivered or caused to be received and delivered between Customer and Provider hereunder shall be as specified on Exhibit A as the same may be modified from time to time in a currently effective Service Schedule.

  • DELIVERY PRESSURE Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.
